21 days
Goals are difficult. After one week of setting a goal, I moved from plan "A" which was actually doing the goal, to plan "B" thinking about doing my goal, to plan "C" changing my goal to something else, and then ended up at plan "D" which happend to be starting at plan "A" all over again. I'm day 2 in my goal and hopefuly going to make it 21 days (February 6).
I heard that if you do something consistantly for 3 weeks it becomes a habbit (that's my hope). So here I go....20 days, but who's really counting?!!
